Description: 程序中需要设置套接字的属性SIO_RCVALL，而SIO_RCVALL属性在文件mstcpip.h中定义。mstcpip.h是微软用于处理TCP/IP协议的一个头文件，这里面包含了WinSockets一系列相关函数，该文件在platform SDK套件中，该头文件在vc6.0中没有。
本项目中给出了该文件的内容。
编写sniffer程序的另一个方法是在文件中使用#define直接定义SIO_RCVALL。源文件中给出了#define SIO_RCVALL _WSAIOW(IOC_VENDOR,1)
二种方法选一个
vc6.0下编译运行即可，屏幕显示捕获的包的信息
